Biography

Amanda Ray Cox serves as Attorney at Law and legal drafter of the Jurist Law Group, PLLC, in Little Rock, Arkansas. Mrs. Cox grew up in Benton and still calls it home. She is a detail-oriented attorney who provides solutions befitting her individual clients' needs. She began her legal career as a consumer bankruptcy attorney, helping guide Arkansans from going broke. Now, as an elder lawyer, she evaluates the needs of the elderly and drafts legal plans to help qualify her clients for government benefits while preventing them and their families from going broke.

In 2013, she graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway with a bachelor's degree in English. In 2015, she attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock - William H. Bowen School of Law. While at UALR Law, she was a member and Associate Editor of the Law Review, was awarded the Dean's Certificate of Distinguished Service, and was recognized for her dedication to professionalism. She received her Juris Doctorate in 2018 and is admitted to practice in the Arkansas State and Federal Courts. She currently practices in elder law, estate planning, probate law, asset protection, and long-term care planning.
